At Trealy Farm Charcuterie in Monmouthshire we are proud to make a wide range of authentic & delicious charcuterie with free range British meats

Our artisan business combines innovation and technology with traditional methods of curing, smoking and air-drying inspired by our training with charcuterie makers across Europe. Our product range includes many products rarely made in the UK, all made with British meats. All are made to our own distinctive recipes and techniques, derived from our unique blend of the best traditional practices and cutting-edge food science research. We make from British free range pork & beef, PGI Welsh lamb, Worcestershire free range wild boar, Devon free range duck and UK wild-sourced venison. We specialise in using traditional breeds such as the Saddleback pig & Welsh Mountain lamb. Our product range and business philosophy have helped us win many prestigious awards many Great Taste & True Taste, BBC UK Food Producer of the Year & Observer Best UK Food Producer, among many others. Now in our 18th year of production, we are proud to supply some of the best U.K. food outlets and have SALSA & the highest technical accreditation.

All products fully allergen-free with no artificial colourings/flavourings and no nitrates/saltpetre.

We are proud to be using Welsh ‘Halen Mon’ Anglesey Sea Salt across our full range of Salamis.

Some Important Information – Please Read First!

  • Deliveries direct from us (no minimum order if ambient ), have a P&P charge of £9.75.

  • Orders of over £300 free delivery unless chilled.

  • Any orders including chilled items must have a £150 minimum value.

  • Orders are sent out Monday to Thursday for next day delivery

  • Sliced orders require up to 3 working days’ notice.

  • Credit accounts available on application. Other sales and all first orders by card/BACS in advance.

  • We offer a separate price list for our products ‘Packed For Onward Retail Sale’. Please request this if of interest.

  • A selection of a dozen or so samples from our air-dried range can be sent. We charge £10 for this, refunded against any first order. Chilled items can be sent as samples, by arrangement, and any samples can be sent free as part of an order.
