Covid-19 Policy

 

We would like to reassure our customers that, at Trealy Farm Charcuterie, we are committed to keeping the workplace safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

A workplace risk assessment has been undertaken to manage the potential risks posed by Covid-19 for the business and all personnel.

 

The following systems have been put in place:

 

  1. Hand washing facilities/hand sanitiser is available on entry to the site and throughout.
  2. Social distancing of 2m signs displayed throughout the site.
  3. Numbers of staff limited on site at any one time in order to maintain social distancing.
  4. Supplementary Covid-19 questionnaire completed by staff. Staff are aware that they need to report any illness to a supervisor and current government guidance on self-isolation must be adhered to if required.
  5. Visitor/contractor access is limited and entry is only permitted if pre-arranged (supplement questionnaire in place)
  6. Our couriers do not enter the building.
  7. Continuation of high standards of food hygiene based on the SALSA food safety system.
