At Trealy Farm Charcuterie we have always been passionate about sharing the versatility of charcuterie. It’s something to be enjoyed everyday, and used to enhance and add interest to store cupboard staples to create delicious, thrifty family meals. This box provides a selection of charcuterie, accompanied by an easy-to-follow ingredient list and recipe card, allowing you to create five meals for 6-8 people.

2 x 100g whole N’Duja (Sobrasada)
2 x 70g sliced pack fennel
2 x 80g whole Regular Sweet Chorizo
2 x 60g sliced Beech Smoked Air-Dried Ham (Great Taste Award 3* winner)
250g piece of Monmouthshire Pancetta

All our air-dried products have a ‘Best Before’ date, not a ‘Use By’. This means that these products can be safely consumed for at least 6 months after the Best Before Date, , providing they are unopened and kept below 5 degrees centigrade, however taste/quality may be compromised over this time.
