Cured, Fermented and Air-Dried Ham with a hint of sweet smoked paprika


With a delicate hint of sweet smoked paprika, this product is made in the Spanish tradition; Lomo, meaning loin. With a distinctive colour and flavour profile, this has a plethora of other uses. All whole piece weights are minimum weights.


We recommend leaving the product to come to room temperature before separating slices and serving.
